1. Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within [number] working days of receiving payment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times will be provided. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any additional customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Return Policy

Purchases from us here are final, and as such returns are agreed to solely at the discretion of Luxury-Carbon. If an agreement is made, the product must be unused and in its original condition. Requests for refunds/exchanges should be strictly made within a 7-day period from the date the product was received.

If you have an issue with your product, please email our customer service team at [mail] so we can help resolve your matters. Receipts must be in the original customer's name.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged for almost all products listed on our website. Shipping costs may increase when products are combined. All shipping costs are subject to change if an incorrect shipping fee has been generated on the website.

Shipping Carriers and Combined Products

The shipping carriers available on our website are set by default for selected products. For small products, we use standard (Sonic Delivery) or express shipping. For bulkier items such as intake systems and downpipes, a courier will be required. To reduce additional fees with shipping, most products are under one weight category. Therefore, when selecting AUSPOST express, this only applies to smaller items.

Returns Processing Times and Method

Refunds are processed only after the product has been returned and inspected by the management team within 14 business days. Returns due to change of circumstances, change of mind, or orders outside this 14-day period are not allowed.

If you have purchased a product incorrectly, shipping fees will be at the buyer's expense. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for changes of mind or circumstances. Returns outside of this 14-day period are strictly not accepted.

Once we have accepted and agreed on the return, you will be provided a Return/Exchange Form that must be printed out, signed, and attached with the return parcel.

Photographic Evidence for Damaged Goods During Transit

If you have received your product and believe it has been damaged during transit, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the goods. For damages during transit, we require photographic evidence in the form of photos and/or videos to be claimed by third-party couriers.

Products Lost or Stolen During Transit

If your products have been lost or stolen during transit, we can be liable for €100 to reimburse the losses. Otherwise, if you would like a signature on delivery, please contact us via email. We cannot be liable for all lost goods during transit when this is the carrier's fault. If you believe that your parcel has been stolen, please contact your local police station.

Cancelling Backorders

If your product is on backorder, we will inform you immediately before confirming your order. If you wish to cancel your backorder, a 20% restocking fee will be charged, as we cannot hold stock for backorders.

Shipping Costs Associated with Returns

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility. Upon receipt of the product and agreement from the Luxury-Carbon management team that the product is in the original condition (as outlined above), shipping costs are usually not refunded with returns.

Additional Charges and Fees Associated with Returns

Depending on your payment method, there will be small deductions made due to transactional fees with third-party payment providers. We cannot guarantee a 100% refund with BNPL and credit card payment options. BNPL and credit card payment refund options will deduct a total of 6% and 3.5%, respectively.

Incorrect Applications Associated with Returns

All of our products are designed and tested to fit with the OEM body/coachwork, as outlined in the product descriptions. Refunds/exchanges will not be granted for incorrect application of one of our products. If unsure whether a product will fit your car, please contact us directly prior to finalizing your purchase.
